Pair of Club Shaped Jasperware Cameo Ashtrays Made in England, Vintage 1950s Wedgwood Neoclassical Ashtrays, Two Jade Green Stoneware Jasper Trays or Cigarete Holders, Neoclassic Home Decor Accents, British China Porcelain Collectibles

Pair of Wedgwood jade green-colored jasperware ashtrays. These both are in great condition with no chips or cracks. Maker's mark on the bottom of each piece. The set is “Jasperware,” a porcelain bisque with bas-relief (raised) cameos depicting Egyptian, Greek classical figures and various other motifs. Wedgwood, one of the world’s most successful potteries, was founded by Josiah Wedgwood, who was considered a cripple by his brother and was forbidden to work at the family business. The pottery was established in England in 1759. The company used a variety of marks, including Wedgwood, Wedgwood & Bentley, Wedgwood & Sons, and Wedgwood's Stone China.

One of the ashtray has some cracks and dirt in one cameo, see photos. The second piece is in a great condition. We believe that as a set they are in good vintage condition!
