Impressive and beautiful round stud earrings made in Greece around the 1940s in a neo Byzantine style. The base is 925 sterling silver and the accents are made of rose gold in 9 karats but it can be a gold wash. These earrings feature a sculptural dimensional rose flower at the center, surrounded by turquoise tiny cabochons made of glass seeds. The earrings are a classic design inspired by the Grand Tour of Europe period. In a very good vintage condition with some tarnish.
